Central Bank of Liberia September 6, 2006   NOTICE   The Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) announces to the public that the five below listed operating commercial banks are now encashing the salary checks of civil servants from Monday to Friday during banking hours:   International Bank (Liberia) Limited (IBLL) First International Bank (Liberia) Limited (FIBLL) ECOBANK (Liberia) Limited Liberian Bank for Development & Investment (LBDI) Global Bank (Liberia)  Limited (GBLL)   In addition, commercial banks that are opened on Saturdays will also encash salary checks from 9:00 a.
